Returns / Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with our products or service then please let us know at your earliest convenience. We will do our best to find the best possible solution for you.
Our standard returns policy allows UK customer to request an exchange or refund for most items within 7 working days of receipt. This assumes they are returned in the same condition as when they were dispatched. It is appreciated if tags are only removed once you have decided to keep an item and any returns include all packaging. If you are trying a Pointe shoe prior to use then please ensure the surface is clean and will not mark the shoes. If you are not settled in a Pointe shoe style we advise using a local stockist for fitting rather than buying mail order. The exception to this policy are items especially made or ordered to the customers specifications, items of an intimate nature that have been removed from their packaging and bulk purchases for school, club or business use.
With respect to customers outside the UK we do not operate a returns/exchange policy. All overseas sales are considered as final so please ensure you are settled in the shoe or garment sizes selected. If you are not settled in a size and style of Pointe shoe or are considering changing then we would always advise using a local stockist that has the necessary expertise. If you are unsure about size then please email us before ordering so we can offer our advice to avoid disappointment.
Please note that the customer is responsible for arranging the return of unwanted items. Refunds normally take 7 days to show on your account. Our policies do not affect your Statutory rights.
